We ( me & my little assistant) marinated the meat with egg and kentucky flour before I deep fry them.
I'd always love this dish as it's pretty appetizing. Complete with meat and veg. I added onions, tomatoes, green pepper and some can lychees instead of pineapple.
Even for Xav who doesn't like green pepper ate up everything.
For the sauce, I mixed 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, water and sugar.
A simple dinner for a Friday evening.
