Simply, heat them up by dipping them into a wok of boiling water, de-shelled, cut into bite size chunks or smaller, mix with chopped pineapple cubes, mayo and a dash of pepper , then set it aside.
Wash and tear off some lettuce,
Top the lobster mix with some tobiko if you like, wrap it up with lettuce and there you can fill your mouth with the refreshing, crunchy lobster lettuce wraps ! Not forgetting the burst of pineapple bites as you bite !
