1. Blanch the kailan in boiling water, set aside.
2. Fry some minced garlic till fragrant, add in the sliced mushrooms (together with the water which was used to soak the mushroom).
3. Cook until the mushrooms are soft.
4. Add in a tablespoon of oyster sauce mixed with water.
5. A little mixture of cornflour with water to thicken the sauce.
6. Served on top of the veg.
7. Add in wolfberries if you want to add colours to the dish !
Simple enough to prepare for a fuss free meal !
