[Review] Pineapple Tart SG

By now, you would have heard supermarkets playing Chinese New Year songs and on social media, dishes like Yusheng and Chinese New Year bakes have started surfacing on social media grids.

Introducing you Pineapple Tart Singapore, this is one of the top 2 bakery award-winning Chinese New Year goodies that uses 100% fresh and premium ingredients and made using the traditional Nyonya-style baking method. Want to make a guess which tubs were totally wiped out by Day 2?

Pineapple Tart Singapore is well known for its award-winning pineapple balls. I chose the Award-winning melt-in-your-mouth Pineapple Tart.

If you want a taste of homemade pineapple tarts, then you should really give this a try. The pineapple paste is homemade from scratch, without using any artificial flavouring or preservatives.

The bite-size of the pineapple balls was of just the right size to pop into our mouth.

My mum gave praise for the right level of sweetness while I tasted a combination of sweet and slightly sourish. This is totally addictive! The kids loved it as much! Don't need much effort to guess, the pineapple balls were wiped out by Day 2!

Premium Spicy Hae Bee Hiam Roll was the next to be wiped out.

It was not exactly that spicy, Vera could actually eat some of it. I would love it even better if the rolls were more spicy, had more hae bee hiam filling and thinner skin. Nevertheless, it was still addictive. It was the second tub to be wiped out as it makes really nice snack to munch on while we watched Netflix.

Award Winning Melt-in-your-mouth Kueh Bangkit (Flower)  was fragrant and of the right sweetness.

One look you could tell if they are handmade, these  It started to melt in my mouth a few seconds later.  Vera named it the cloud cookies and has been bringing them to school as snacks!

The unconventional type of snacks and this is one of them; Salted Egg Fishskin Cracker, these crispy fishskin are evenly coated with slightly sandy textured salted egg coating.

It is not too saltish, people who like it light without the taste being too eggy, will love this. Xav actually ate it to go along with his fried rice while I personally prefer a heavier taste.

Low Sugar Nestum Cookies if you are like me trying to reduce the intake of sugar, trust me that the taste was not compromised. The moment I open the lid, the aroma of Nestum whiffed past my nose. Pretty, crunchy nestum hearts is sure to make your heart flutter. These low sugar nestum cookies are great to go with a cup of hot tea.

There is a wide selection of Chinese New Year Cookies to choose from to get for your family and friends! Do ride on the early bird discount! I am going to order more pineapple balls! Do visit their social media handles:
