For the prawn lovers !
The first dish which I made using Happycall Pan, grilled prawns with cheese. A super tasty yet easy dish to make.
Method:
1. Wash and drain prawns. Cut each prawn lengthwise in half. Brush prawns with olive oil and place cut side up on grill pan.
2. Mix garlic, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl and sprea mixture over each prawn.
3. Grill prawns for 5 mins or until meat turns pinkish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the grill for another minute.
4. Place in a serving platter and garnish with chopped herbs. Serve with lemon wedges.
All ingredients are based on estimation.
