My first attempt in roasting a bird ! Roasted Pandan Chicken and it's superlicious yummy! The whole bird is all wiped out !
Just clean the bird and rubbed with one tablespoon of salt. Stuff as many pandan bundles into the bird as you can and seal the cavity with a toothpick.
Preheat the oven to 240 deg and roast the bird for an hour and the result was a yummy roasted chicken with crispy, golden skin.
