To marinade the chix thighs and it tastes really nice !
Just need to marinade the meat for 3 hours.
For me, I pan fried the meat to make into chicken fillet sandwich for the zoo outing.
Just add in lettuce, tomato and honey mustard sauce and it makes a fulfilling meal with wholemeal bread.
The remaining small bits of the meat
I stir fried with vegetables as a dish for Xav to go with his porridge.
Completed his meal with two nice sweet strawberries.
