I'm a fan of chix mid wing, esp bbq ones.. slurrp.. Been looking @ that yummy looking pic from this BLOG, and had decided to try this dish out today. It's slightly sweet with a bit of tangy
taste. Dear dear and I snapped up all the 25 mid wings for lunch.
Ingredients:
1. 2 cloves of garlic
2. 2 cans of Coke
3. 2 Lemons
4. 20 to 24 chix mid wings
Marination:
1. 2 table spoon chinese cooking wine
2. 2 table spoon soy sauce
3. A little pepper
4. Minced Garlic
Method:
1. Marinate the wings for 30 mins.
2. Pan fried till both sides becomes golden brown.
3. Pour coke over and add some salt.
4. Lower the fire to simmer.
5. When it's about to dry, add in the lemon juice (1 lemon) and lemon slices (half a lemon)
6. Served immediately.
I almost got it burnt as I forgot all about it. Luckily, the end result is not that bad.. just that the wings are darker in colour... heh heh heh heh...
