Crayfish & Scallop porridge

First meal of 2010, a light but tasty porridge. Just nice for dear dear who wants to shed off some of his weight.

I bought 1/2 kg of crayfish

from the market, add in some mini sweet corns, tomatoes, vegetables and of course not forgetting scallops.

I used the soup base to cook our porridge while I cooked some rice for Xav to go with the soup and the vege in it and had added in fish paste as fish balls as well. No seasoning needed as the soup tastes sweet after adding in the fish paste !

As for the porride, just drizzle some sesame oil and soy sauce over the meat to taste !
