Lean meat with chestnuts soup

I tried cooking this soup for dear dear to drink as he claimed that he was falling sick, having a bit of cough and phlegm. This soup is very light tasting, non oily and it can help to clear phlegm and alleviates cough.

Ingredients:

1. 500g of lean meat
2. 12 fresh water chestnuts
3. 8 red dates
4. Two large carrots, peeled and sliced.
5. 2.5 litres of water
6. 1 teaspoon salt

Method:
1. I put all ingredients into the pressure cooker and cook for 20 mins on high heat.

First attempt on this soup, I'm glad that it turn out well and dear dear had several servings of it.
