Wasabi Mayo Prawns

This is one of the dishes on my to-do list. I always order this when we dine at Seafood Paradise.


Just shell and deveined the prawns, coat with cornflour, deep fry and set aside.

As for the sauce, mix mayo, wasabi, condense milk, a little wasabi or the desirable amount which u like plus a dash of lemon juice ! Of course not forgetting the ebiko !


After the sauce is ready, toss in the prawns and serve.
