Pan seared cod fish fillet with truffle and Lemon essential oil

What's up in the menu for dinner last night ?

I simply marinated the cod fish fillet with soy sauce and white pepper and pan seared it till cooked.
The difference about it from the normal fish dishes which I cooked before was that I dripped two drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil and mixed with a little truffle oil and drizzled over the fillets ! It smelled so nice and no essential  oil taste definitely but a nice aroma of fresh lemon, covering the fishy smell totally !
The result was it was all nearly snapped up before I could take a picture of it. The above pic was the remaining portion which I managed to take over for a few seconds moment for phototaking.
