Fried Egg with Fish Paste

Decided to try this for Xav's lunch. It is supposed to taste like "Chai Tao Kway" but I think I put in too little fish paste. It ended up like a normal omelette but still taste nice.

Ingredients:
1. Fish Paste (Fan Shu Yu)
2. Egg
3. Oregano mix (Optional)

Method:
1. Beat an egg.
2. Add in the fish paste and mash with a fork so as to mix together with the egg.
3. Mash the fish paste according to how thick you want the fish paste to be.
4.Add in some Oregano Mix if you like to

To note that fish paste already have added salt in it, so do not add any more salt or seasoning to the egg or fish paste.
